Kings Garden Landscaping LLC ("we", "us", "our", "FILO") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use FILO.
To provide and improve the Service, process payments, authenticate users, generate AI-powered designs and estimates, sync data with your connected CRMs, send transactional emails, respond to support requests, and detect fraud.
We do NOT sell your data to third parties, use your client data for advertising, or train AI models on your private content.
Images and text you upload are sent to OpenAI and/or Google (Gemini) to generate designs, identify plants, and create estimates. We use these providers in API mode (not consumer mode), which means they do not train their models on your data.
Service providers: Supabase, Stripe, Railway, Vercel, Resend, OpenAI, Google. All bound by contractual data protection obligations.
Legal requirements: To comply with subpoenas, court orders, or legal process.
Business transfers: If FILO is acquired, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified.
Data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases in U.S. regions. We use TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, AES-256 at rest, bcrypt password hashing, and role-based access controls.

California residents have additional rights including right to know, right to delete, right to opt-out of sale (we do not sell data), and right to non-discrimination.
FILO is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
FILO is operated from the United States. By using FILO, you consent to data transfer to the U.S.
Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
